How to save an email signature

GMAIL:

  1. Click the “Gear Icon” in the top right when you are signed into your gmail.

  2. Click “See all settings”

  3. Under “General” scroll down to “Signature”

  4. Click “Create new”

  5. Name the Signature something like “VB” or “Volleyball”

  6. Copy below and paste it in the box to the right

  7. Below under “Signature default”, click the dropdown under “FOR NEW EMAILS USE” and choose the name of the signature you just made (“VB” or “Volleyball”)

  8. Then below under “Signature default”, click the dropdown under “FOR REPLY/FORWARD USE” and choose the name of the signature you just made (“VB” or “Volleyball”) 

  9. Click on the checkbox below that says “Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it.”
