Recruiting Services

Below is a breakdown of our services with more information in the dropdown of each item.

Please scroll to either club services (this is for club directors that want to hire us for their whole club or a portion of their club) or individual services (this is for individuals that want to hire us on their own) below depending on the correct services for you.

Club Services

Club Recruiting Coordinator

  • Your athletes & families will receive Full Access to your clubs assigned Recruiting Coordinator and our Recruiting Education Portal.

  • Your athletes & families will have open 1-on-1 contact with your clubs assigned Recruiting Coordinator via text, call, email, and virtual meetings. This is open, but will be REQUIRED a minimum of monthly.

  • Your clubs assigned recruiting coordinator will travel to some tournaments and will advocate for your athletes to them in person. Also the RC will send emails to Coaches prior to tournaments about the athletes attending.

  • Your athletes & families will receive help in creating and updating their University Athlete to make sure it is the most up to date. In addition, this takes work off your plate as you will have someone to update and keep up on University Athlete.

  • Your athletes will receive a profile on our website for college coaches to search and filter to find the athletes that they need.

  • Your athletes will receive features on our social media of their highlights and other social media related content.

  • Your athletes & families will receive a meeting where their RC will break down where they are at right now athletically to help them target the right level for them.

  • Your athletes & families will receive a quarterly meeting where their RC will breakdown their highlights with them and explain why College Coaches may or may not like them.

  • Your athlete & families will receive a School List building meeting with their RC. During this meeting the RC will help them build a list of schools that match what they want in order to target the programs/schools that are right for them.

  • Your athletes & families will receive a BallTime membership that will allow them to efficiently and effectively make highlights after each tournament. (If you already have BallTime it will help you as we will take over the training and operation of it for you)

  • Your athletes & families will receive access to our Recruiting Education Portal that has many resources to help them know what to do and what not to do and are listed below.

  • Your athletes and families will receive access to our College Needs List that is updated monthly.

  • Your athletes & families will receive consistently updated college coach contact information for all programs to make sure they are staying up to date on the frequent coaching changes.

  • Your athletes & families will recieve a filterable map with all college/universities and when clicked on more information will come up for them to see what schools are in there area by level.

  • Your athletes and families will receive recordings of monthly meetings that will discuss topical recruiting things at that time, new rules that might be starting/ending, and advise on what college coaches are currently worried about.

  • Your athletes & families will receive access to our Recruiting 101 Center that has a breakdown of each step in the recruiting process with helpful hints, tricks, and tips to make sure they are knowledgeable about the recruiting process and the proper steps to take. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Target List Development & Best Practices

    • Highlight Video Development & Best Practices

    • Phone Call Prep & Best Practices

    • Campus Visit Prep & Best Practices

  • Your athletes & families will receive access to over 30 email templates and advice on emailing college coaches. (if you have the RC service then your RC will tell you exactly which template to use when)

  • Your athletes & families will recieve breakdowns of the different rules from the NCAA, NAIA, and NJCAA rules books to allow them to know what college coaches can and cannot do. This is huge as at this time rules are changing so frequently that having someone devote their time to staying ahead of the rules and what they might mean is a way to stay in front of your competition.

  • Your athletes & families will receive access to some College Matches to watch for free. This is big because how do they know they can or cannot play at that level if they never seen it. Our hope is to have every team, so if they are unsure if that team is good they can go watch a match or 2 to see if they like their level.

  • Your athletes & families will receive access to our FAQs where our RCs write answers to very commonly asked questions from recruiting and their families.
